Summary

Jonathan M. White is responsible for business development and supporting partnerships with USAID, USDA, and foundations aimed at strengthening cooperatives, agriculture value chains, and economic growth. He also manages Chiefs of Party and Country Representatives based in East and Southern Africa and oversees the implementation and compliance of programs. Previously he was the Senior Regional Advisor for East Africa at World Vision U.S. There he led cross-departmental initiatives that leverage public and private resources toward agriculture, climate, education and other development programs in Africa. Before joining WV he was a Transatlantic Fellow at the German Marshall Fund where he advanced workshops, training, and policy research focused on food security, public private partnerships, fragile states, and development cooperation. He also supported investment promotion projects and conducted business climate diagnostics for policymakers in Brazil, China, Malaysia, and Africa at A.T. Kearney.
