I have the following skills 1. Qualitative data analysis in Nvivo, ATLAS.ti and manual 2. Quantitative data analysis in STATA 3. Conducting research, development of research protocols, and running the whole research project lifecycle up to publication and dissemination of research findings 4. Leadership skills: Preventing, managing and resolving work-related conflicts 5. Motivating staff to reach set goals in time 6. Excellent English writing and communication and engaging with different stakeholders and authorities. I have worked in Public sector in the Ministry of Health at Mzuzu Central Hospital, and in private sector at Malamulo College. I have been engaging with different NGOs like USAID where I am part of the team that is implementing the Transforming Higher Education Systems. I have been involved in statistical analysis and report writing following the USAID formats. Current projects: Onchocerciasis, TB, Snakebite and porcine cysticercosis.
