After finishing studies (July 2017) for a Masters degree in Public Administration -- International Development relating to Social Policy and Social Work, I joined Oxfam International and became its representative in Geneva (a one-person office). I am a humanitarian and development practitioner, and strategic thinker, with more than 10-year experience in int'l cooperation, resilience and development, partnerships, and 5-year experience in operations. I'm fluent in English, French and Mandarin Chinese. My strengths are in policy analysis, advocacy, reporting, networking and coordination. Experiences in news agencies, advertising companies, architecture offices and IFRC and Oxfam have contributed to enhanced skills in project management, representation, diplomacy and capacity building to produce results (see details at
