I am part of a team that is using this approach to facilitate improvements in the agri -inputs supply chain in Uganda to achieve better distribution/access to quality seed, agro-chemicals and fertilizers, and to use innovative but sustainable techniques to reduce the prevalence of counterfeits.

• More than fifteen years of business practice and management experience gained across various industries: Print Media, Education, Health, Agriculture and Banking. I have a good understanding of strategic planning and decision making and how this relates to development of work plans, sequencing of activities and developing/managing the resultant budget implications.
• Seven years of managing teams in various sectors. I have hands on experience in making teams understand the value of teamwork, breaking down big tasks into small and incremental building blocks for success and improving productivity of low performing individuals. I am also have good talent in coaching and mentoring.
