Drs. Kees Jonkheer worked as an Economic Researcher for first 10 years of career at the largest economic research institute of The Netherlands that developed the first fully operational regulatory impact assessment tool. He worked at ACTAL, the Advisory Board on Regulatory Burden - part of the Ministry Finance, when a World Bank Review 2007 labeled it World Leader in Regulatory Impact Assessment. For the last 10 years he has been an international Regulatory Impact Assessment consultant, doing assignments in countries all over the world such as Nigeria, Egypt, Botswana, Azerbaijan, El Salvador, and Laos. He is the author of many RIA Guidelines and Manuals.
