I am a Master of Public Health graduate from the University of Massachusetts, with a specialty in Community Health Education. In rural Guatemala I served as a Peace Corps volunteer where I conducted programs and workshops for community members while building capacity to improve quality of life including: health promotion, education and prevention. Most currently, I am focused on the SNAP Program with the Commonwealth of MA. Previously I was the Brown Bag: Food for Elders Program Coordinator at the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. In this role I facilitates the distribution of 825,000 lbs. of food to over 7,000 seniors annually in the four counties of Western Mass.
