Currently, I run a social entrepreneurship program (which I developed from the ground up), which provides training to the community on the topics of the social entrepreneurship concept, creating a business canvas, and financial projections. I also direct a virtual mentorship program (again developed from the ground up) which connects people who are interested in starting a social enterprise with MBA students from Georgetown University, University of Virginia, and University of Notre Dame in order to provide assistance in developing ideas and creating business plans.
Formerly, I worked as a process improvement consultant (in hospital revenue cycle) for 2 of the 3 largest healthcare consulting firms in America. These positions were fast-paced, client focused and required building relationships, designing/redesigning business processes, developing KPIs and dashboards, managing project plans, reporting progress to CEO/CFOs, training hospital staff, and creating deliverables.
