Mr. Kyle Gunther is a professional with extensive experience in areas related to a broad range of economic sectors and industries. He has participated and managed team efforts on economic initiatives from policy formulation, to due diligence and transaction development as they relate to privatization of state owned assets, to direct interventionist efforts enhancing competitiveness of manufacturing and service enterprises, to investment banking and financial analyses in the public and private sectors. He has participated on reform and development initiatives in the Balkans, Southeast / Central Europe, Central & South Asia, Russia and the Middle East regions, mobilizing and managing teams within developing economies and environments.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Gunther has acquired expertise in areas affiliated with SME services and growth, PPP/GDA partnership mechanisms, special economic zones (SEZ), and cluster methodology and supply/value chain approaches toward enhancing economic parameters within or across projects. To complement implementation of development initiatives, Mr. Gunther as well has led efforts in introducing and managing M&E systems to capture project results, as well as reporting of such said results to donor clientele and other stakeholders.
In summary, Mr. Gunther’s key qualifications are as follow:
• Proven experience with economic issues in transitional and developing country(ies) context.
• Public and Private sector development advisory services, including enterprise competitiveness (including cluster, BDS, value chain, supply chain management), privatization policy and strategy development, and transaction development and implementation.
• Project management, to include management of complex teams of local and expatriate consultants and resources, introduction and implementation of M&E systems, and reporting to clientele and other stakeholders.
