PERT consultancy Firm, Cadena International Development Projects/ African Development Bank (AfDB), Cardno Emerging Markets (East Africa) Ltd. Plan International Liberia, United Nations Population Fund and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He has participated in several mid- and end-of-project evaluations as a team member and manager respectively. He has also participated in the regular USAID and Government of Liberia Fixed Amount Reimbursement Agreement (FARA) assessments. He has reviewed and developed Project M&E systems including manuals and data collections tools.
