After working for eighteen years with NGOs in Zimbabwe, in July 2005 I took up a position with Germany Development Service (DED) in Sudan as Peace and Conflict Advisor. In 2010, I took up a position with GIZ-Zimbabwe as a technical advisor for civil peace service programme, as well as, programmes advisor for local organization. In December 2015, I took up a position with UNDP-Malawi as Project Officer-Social Cohesion accompanying the establishment and managing the National Peace Architecture process. I have established and managed inter-relationships among international organizations, national government and civil society in conflict and post conflict setups (Zimbabwe and Sudan).
I have vast experience of conflict management and transformation, peacebuilding, problem-solving and decision making with special skills in the project management cycle, planning and programming linked to national development priorities, policies and programs.
