Matt is a licensed structural/civil engineer, international development practitioner and educator with over 20 years’ experience in engineering and construction in the US and abroad. He is the Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at Green Powered Technology, providing strategic management for one of three core service lines in coordination with the Sustainable Energy and Sustainable Development service lines. In this capacity, he oversees the capture and management of multiple USAID A&E contracts. His portfolio includes technical service contracts USTDA and structural and energy engineering design contracts.
