Mr. Maximillian Musunse exemplifies smart leadership and expert delivery of systems strengthening support to both small remote based projects and complex regional undertakings. He has a track record of successfully training and building teams to sustain-ably adopt high end technological solutions to implement, monitor and evaluate various developmental interventions. His volunteer spirit together with his multi-tasking and ‘thinking outside the box’ skills have led to the development and/or adaptation of analytical frameworks which transformed complicated governance policies, systems and guidelines into user friendly templates or tools. Part of his professional experience involves technical leadership and management of the design and deployment of performance standards-based certification as a business best practice.

He has also contributed to the performance improvement of sub-granting mechanisms and capacity development facilities for both state and non-state actors. The provision of business and entrepreneurship training for community-based entities has been part of his professional experience. He has relevant professional experience with the UN, USAID, Irish AID, SIDA, DfID, GIZ and EU projects.
