I actively involve, respect and empower our stakeholders. • Oversee the project management and implementation activities including technical activities, planning, coordination, community mobilization & engagement and ensure support as required. • Ensure interventions are carried out according to the timeline as defined in the Work Plan and Budget. • Maintain and strengthen key relationships with donor, INGOs, NGOs, CBOs, target populations and GoB leaders in order to develop liaison/linkage, communication, coordination, collaboration, activity implementation, data collection and community outreach. • Ensure sufficient supplies materials and other logistics for each activity and adherence to the objectives of the program with quality. • Update and share the progress, constrains, challenges and propose mitigation measures relating to improvement works and people engagement as necessary. • Prepare budget, ensure compliance, supplies, and conduct survey/research, capacity building through partners & direct implementation. • Ensure monitoring and supportive supervision, data collection, compilation, articulation, analysis, interpretation, submission all activities and make sure indicators are followed properly. • Actively supporting information gathering and participatory assessments undertaken within the project, and ensure all data collection activities are carried out accurately with set standards. • Prepare report on a monthly/ quarterly/ annually basis on the activities as required with quality and timely manner and document all activities, record keeping for future verification. • Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal for the project staff in collaboration with the management. • Develop concept note, prepare presentation, and facilitate various training for staff capacity building. • Organize, mobilize and build community’s capacity, assists to develop/form self-help group/community based organization, engaged them in planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring project activities as well decision making and problem solving. • Update/Develop, print and distribute training modules, IEC/BCC, presentation and advocacy materials, and develop counseling, training guidelines, project proposal and annual implementation plan. • Develop concept note, plan, organize, implement, facilitate, manage, report and documents round tables, advocacy meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences, social gathering & rally. • Conduct survey and size estimation of target population of various interventions using appropriate techniques and tools, conduct capacity assessment of local NGOs and consortium partners. • Assists to develop /update Gender, HR, and Finance & Admin. Policies of PNGOs and CBOs. • Ensure timely preparation of contracts/agreements/MoU as per needs with Partners, project office /DIC owners/vendors in compliance with relevant policies, procedures and laws with particular focus on organizational interest/mandate. Maintain complete records of that agreements/ legal documents and ensure timely revision of it before expiry of the terms. • Respond natural disaster or emergency situation during flood/ Tornado and have strong knowledge and understanding of emergency programming and minimum standards in emergency contexts. • Ensure common understanding, transparency and openness, respect and dignity, plan jointly, develop professional relationship and build team sprit through on job training, encouraging, coaching, mentoring and supportive supervision to achieve the project goal and objectives. • Develop safety and security guidelines for DIC and field staff. Analysis the safety & security situation of project sites. Stay connected with local safety & security officers /network. • Technically sound in decision making; involve all concern to make decision jointly and have strong critical thinking and adaptability skills to implement project smoothly. • Have excellent stress management skills through counseling, on the job training, encouraging, coaching, mentoring, supportive supervision and flexibility. • Have excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to develop professional relationship and get organizational benefit. • Fluent in Bengali and English. Excellent knowledge on MS office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, internet. • Ability and willing to extensive travel for program activities including training events support in facility improvement, supply of logistics, follow-up supervision and monitoring activities. Willing to work hard to reach and conflict areas under pressure.
