Founder/ designer for an economic empowerment project at Tribalogy

In the past 5 years, I have been working with an INGO as a livelihood/ economic empowerment program specialist. Through this position, I have been in charge of the psychosocial workshops to empower the women from the vulnerable communities in Jordan. I have been managing the implementation of the women’s psychosocial workshops in collaboration with the program staff. I monitor and report the effects and impact of the project, as well as the designing and development of the whole economic empowerment program. On the side, I have been also managing my own income generation project called TRIBALOGY for the past 5 years, through which I collaborate with the vulnerable refugee women in/outside Jordan the refugee camp. I've been in charge of all aspects of the designing and project implementation, including the recruitment of the potential beneficiaries, market research, procurement of materials, promotion and networking with the external stakeholders.
