With 20 years of international experience in fragile and conflict-affected contexts, Michele has designed, managed, and evaluated stabilisation, CVE, CT and peacebuilding initiatives, as well as programmes engaging armed groups and private sector investment streams. Michele is a confident decision-maker, a persuasive communicator and an effective negotiator, particularly proficient in dealing with challenging parties. He has held multiple leadership positions, including as team leader in complex evaluations of large multi-donor programmes. Published in several books and journals, he has a LLB and LLM from the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, is completing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University and is a Certified Sustainability Practitioner.
