Through my work, I have gained an extensive experience in building cooperation, relationships and facilitating capacity building projects liasoning between the U.S. legal bodies and local legal and judicial entities in the region (countries I worked with: United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, KSA and Yemn). My work focuses on the capacity building of prosecutors, law enforcement and judges in the areas of combating terrorism financing, money laundering, terrorism, cyber-crime, financial crimes, intellectual property crimes and organized crimes. In addition, I had the great opportunity of facilitating for several governments in countries such as, UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Jordan to develop new legal initiatives in areas of asset forfeiture and management, international cooperation and mutual legal assistance procedures, and advanced alternative sentencing and detention facilities.
In recognition to my participation in spreading the rule of law in different areas and countries, I had the honor to be awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice, with the "Attorney General Award" and also the "Falcon Award" from the U.S. Department of State.
On the academic scale I consider it a great achievement to accomplish my thesis on"Micro finance and Sustainable Social development to maintain political stability in Egypt" , which was supervised by the esteemed Geopolitics Prof. Mona Makram Ebeid, and was approved by the Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. My greatest aim is to continue my PHD studies in combating terrorism, development and conflict resolution.
