More than Twelve years of success, in positions of increasing responsibility, related to the humanitarian, development and management of non-governmental initiatives. I have built practical experience within national and international organizations Combining the academic knowledge with practical experience in development and humanitarian programmes and playing a strategic role as one of the Function heads. My experience lies in Awards management, Business Development, Financial Management, Fundraising, and operations. I have carried out a range of Awards and operational management responsibilities of broad scope and complexity. I played a key role in the strategic planning for the organization directions through leading the development of Strategic focus for Funding, Grants Acceptance, due diligence and Internal Control. A facilitator and coach for number of varied background staff (Finance, Partnership, and Awards) This added to my experience and assisted building high performing team with sense of commitment to the organization through different training, coaching and mentoring sessions. Having worked with different international organisations, I gained clear understanding of challenges, constrains and opportunities, ability to address risk and look for strategic solutions and experienced in setting targets, reviewing plans, and monitoring progress. I am a dynamic team player, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively in different socio-cultural contexts.
