Throughout my career, I have always been both strategic and visionary leader with a natural tendency to see the world as a sum of processes, pushing every day the personal and professional growth of my people and the development of the project I have been working on. My teams always have seen opportunities where others saw problems, and they have been proactive in transforming these forces in new valuable projects. I never see the space around me as an empty entity, but as a restless system open to perennial change and growth. Resilience and empathy are my main attributes that have allowed me to move from a leading position. I hold Master of Business Administration from Swiss UMEF University for Afghanistan.
Currently I am working as Policy and Research Officer at USAID Promote: Women in Government Project with Chemonics International. Prior to this position, I was employed with: International Organization for Migration (IOM), as Project and M&E Assistant, Cooperation for Peace and Unity Organization, as Senior Project and Research Officer and I worked with International Federation for Election System, as Senior Project Officer.
I have eight years of experience in Project Management, Research and Policy at the same time I have 10 years of working experience with youth civil societies organization as volunteer.
