Summary of Qualifications:
Nkiru Nwadioke, LL. B is a Program Management Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the management, coordination and implementation of a broad range of humanitarian and development programs which spans across Health, Protection, WASH, reproductive and sexual health, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, nutrition, education, democracy and governance programs in Nigeria. She has demonstrated expertise in integrated approaches to programming in both the humanitarian and development space. She has exceptional delivery of result based program management, advocating for change on a broad range of issues, program planning, budget development, budget pipeline monitoring, total quality management and thought leadership. She has demonstrated strong capacity in business development and has been instrumental at the country level for development of a broad range of proposals and concept notes that have made it to award stages, which includes four of FHI 360, most recent humanitarian awards from OFDA, Shell, UNHCR and UNFPA. She was responsible for the successful on-boarding of several FHI 360 projects in Nigeria including the recently awarded Principal Recipient for the Global Fund project. She is currently the Director, Special Projects for Family Health International (FHI 360) Nigeria country program, where she is responsible for all program related functions of projects that fall within the Special Projects portfolio. Ms. Nwadioke has occupied various senior and middle management positions in FHI 360. Before her present appointment, she was Associate Director/Program Manager – Special projects and Senior Program officer and Program officer, Special projects respectively. She served as the “Technical officer – Preventive Services and Private Sector Coordination” in an FHI 360-led “Strengthening Nigeria’s Response to HIV/AIDS.” She also rose to the position of Head of Legal Services and Senior Program Officer (Reproductive Health Rights) in a women’s rights non – governmental organization in Enugu state, Nigeria known as “Women Aid Collective.” She is a two-time recipient of FHI 360 “NOW” awards which stands for “Noticing Outstanding Work” and nominee for FHI 360 2017 “IMPACT awards.” Ms. Nwadioke earned her Law degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and post graduate degree from the School of Post Graduate Studies, Benue State University, Nigeria. She is very fluent in English, with a basic understanding of French.
