Summary

I have been involved in community development for over 13 years and currently researching on the Neuroeconomics of Corruption with focus on Nigeria. Too much burden is placed on established dysfunctional bodies (government agencies) and we need to focus on the Willing in society who are fighting the everyday pressure to "follow them". This would require a functional definition of corruption and "selective incentivization" that would empower those who have integrity.
