Over 30 years providing human resource development (HRD) and organization development (OD) capacity building technical assistance and advice resulting in the improvement of individual and organisational performance with a diverse group of clients and employers: adapted skills to a variety of contexts, including government ministries, management consultancies, global corporations, funders, international development nonprofit organizations and universities. Performance Consulting/Human Performance Improvement (HPI) methodology: client/stakeholder partnerships, performance improvement project planning and management----organizational and individual performance analysis, competency and best practice performance model design, intervention design, development, and evaluation. Interventions integrate individual/team training with work environment and manager development for supporting their employees' participation in training---manager performance standards and expectations setting, motivation/reward system development, manager monitoring/feedback and performance evaluation, provision of conditions conducive to applying new skills in the workplace. Performance-based skills training (PBT) methodology which links training to needed organizational improvement results.
Geographic experience: 12 years East Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia -- Nepal (four years), The Philippines (two years), China (three years), Japan (three years). Available for short, medium and long-term contracts.
