I am a PHD candidate at University of Cape Town and have a master's degree of information Networks in the department of computer Science, Chief information Officer Practice II (Wits University), Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Microsoft Certified System Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional, Finance for non-Finance Manager, Project management, IT and the Law. I am currently the Head IT: Operations and Governance at Right to Care Group. Previously served RTC NPC as Group Snr IT Manager, reporting to the Group COO/Director. Within RTC group, I am spear-heading the IT infrastructure, IT support, project management, security, IT systems. Other roles consist planning of ICT including policy and practice development, planning, budgeting, resourcing and training, Incident management, knowledge management, change management, financial management using ITIL, COBITS and Certified Chief Security Officer.
I am affectionately known, spent 8 years at the Tshwane University of Technology where I held the position of Computer Technician and Infrastructure Manager in the Faculty of Engineering. That exposure provided him more central approach to the engineering computer laboratories management. My experience includes oversight for the overall IT of the faculty, and software management, hardware and projects management in alignment with the requirements of the Faculty and the Institution strategies; and also provided technical support and advice to the Faculty of Engineering.

I have international work experience from the South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Lesotho and other 6 international countries, experience of managing staff, a proven ability to motivate and work effectively within a team and make valuable contributions.
