The sheer diversity of my academic and work history is a testament to both my versatile nature and my insatiable appetite for knowledge, which encompasses a wide range of fields of expertise.
My ultimate goal is to combine the extensive knowledge I have gained by rigorously studying history, political science, and languages with my ample practical experiences in the field of development and the agricultural, construction, and educational spheres. Fundamentally, the domains that I am most passionate about working in are undoubtedly agricultural development, food security, sustainable food systems, and urban agroecology.
Moreover, the skills I acquired throughout my position as implementation and MEAL advisor for the pilot project ALDA, or 'Feeding Lima From Within', in Lima, Peru, coupled with my background in organic farming, have fostered within me an intuitive understanding of social innovation projects and resilient food systems. In essence, ALDA revolved around the creation and implementation of a participative agroecological certification system of quality assurance and a participative capacity building system for urban & peri-urban farmers.
Ultimately, all of these multidisciplinary experiences have equipped me with a broad set of abilities, such as flexibility, intercultural communication, critical thinking and problem solving. As a great team player, I am always enthusiastic about working with others to achieve goals, which, combined with my adeptness to learn and adapt quickly, will certainly prove to be an indispensable asset when acting as a member of any organization.
