Dr. Chamberlain has had over 30 years’ experience in sustainable international livestock development, veterinary consulting, rural development and food safety project planning, implementation, management and leadership, in Germany, Australia, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Jordan, and China.
He has implemented community-focused rural Train The Trainer development initiatives throughout Indonesia, Vietnam, Central Asia and the Middle East. Dr Chamberlain has also managed many government level livestock industry sustainability, genetic improvement, feeding, One-Health, food safety, animal health, technology adoption, and community focused livestock sustainability programs in Australia, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan Azerbaijan, Britain, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Dr Chamberlain is always focused on the importance of cultural
understanding and local input into developing practical solutions for sustained farm, industry and rural community development.
He has had vast experience in rural-focused veterinary and agricultural school training course and farmer extension program development, rural industry capacity building and value chain assessment internationally.
