Holder of an advanced diploma (DESS) in Finance,with in background a master in Economics, I have: -a high experience in Public Administration, INGOs and UNs Agencies (UNDP & UNOCHA) in Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and logistic sectors. - a working experience in post conflict countries (Sierra Leone, Central African Republic, DR Congo and Cote d’Ivoire). -Experience in staffs building of capacities. –Holder of (IPSAS) and DDR Certificates -I am result oriented.
