Rainer Hengstmann is a Mining Engineer with extensive experience in managing mining projects and seasoned experience in post-conflict countries regarding institutional strengthening and capacity building in the fields of Energy and Mining, Mining Tax and Royalties, EITI, sector legislation and Environmental matters. He has set up complex Mining Cadastre, GIS systems and MS Windows based networks. Further he has advised the highest levels in Governments and worked with almost all donors.
