Summary

Basically I have worked the full Army spectrum from Ceremonial Old Guard, Light Infantry, Airborne Infantry, Recruiter, Mechanized Infantry and Battalion Staff. In the Iraq war I only served as a Platoon Sergeant, MITT Trainer and a Battle Staff NCO. These Life experiences resulted in a successful career with the U.S. Army, where I progressed through the rank of Sergeant First Class. My education in the Army , as well as my strong decision-making, problem-solving, and action-driven leadership skills combined with my overseas experiences, make me an excellent choice for the training position you are advertising the tools and techniques I have learned from this great Army organization apply directly to the skills military professionals trainers need -- the skills you seek -- speaking effectively, facilitating group discussion, solving problems, developing rapport, organizing, meeting goals, and managing groups are just some of the many routine task I have incorporated into a success.
