A seasoned Democracy and Governance (DG) program director with 24 years of combined Chief of Party, USAID DG, and associated Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) senior supervisory experience in Latin America (Colombia, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Panama), South Asia (Afghanistan), Russia and Azerbaijan. Retired from USAID in Sep 2013 as Career Foreign Service Officer, followed by full-time Chief of Party contractor assignments for USAID funded citizen security, violence prevention, anti-corruption, and criminal and community justice strengthening projects, respectively, in Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Languages are native English, fluent Spanish, and minimum Russian reading and speaking.
