I am a seasoned Finance and Operations Director with over eighteen years of dedicated experience in the nonprofit sector. My expertise lies in financial planning and strategy, fund and grants management, risk and statutory compliance oversight, and financial operations management. I have successfully managed large budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support vital programs and initiatives. One of my key roles as a finance lead has been to ensure that the organization operates at a sufficient funding scale by ensuring that the organization remains healthy as a fund recipient. I have also been instrumental throughout my career in leading organizational financial compliance with regulatory environments, ensuring adherence to all statutory obligations while maintaining a focus on core missions. My exposure spans across health and health systems and strengthening programming in developing countries.
