I have field experience in 7 Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries working as a Consultant and Finance Manager to manage and report fully on awards from global health institutions including Global Fund through SADC, USAID/PEPFAR, CIDA, Pfizer, Trafigura Foundation and Dutch Government funding, among others. At present, I am the Southern Region Finance Manager for North Star Alliance, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Furthermore, I gained a massive amount of knowledge and experience in USAID Rules andRegulations governing grants and sub-award management, Global Fund requirements andco-financing policy among other funder requirements. I am an astute communicator and presenter, adept at establishing rewarding relationships through diplomacy, persuasion, advocacy, tenacity and observing protocol to benefit attainment of desired health outcomes. I am able to communicate complex matters in a simple, easy to understand and concise manner and have very good numerical ability.
