Simone G.

I worked for 10 years in hospital management at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. After that I trained in Project Management and worked as the Community Projects Manager for a disability charity, a Programmes Officer at the INGO Plan UK, focussing on Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights projects in the MENA region, and as a Programme Coordinator for the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London where I set-up and ran a £20m grant for a research and capacity building project in Southeast Asia. I have worked in many sensitive working environments where diplomacy and the ability to work with and find common-ground with people of all cultures and backgrounds has been essential. I am a self-starter and adaptable to new working environments and country frameworks. In my spare time I run a website that aims to support young women with health issues.
