Su Yeon Lee-Tauler, Ph.D. is a public health consultant specializing in epidemiology, psychosocial statistics, and mixed methods. Her research focuses on behavioral health, health services research, and health disparities. For the past five years, she has co-instructed a course, “Mixed Methods in Mental Health Services Research” at Johns Hopkins University. She was a Scientific Program Lead in mental health disparities research at the National Institute of Mental Health. At NIMH, she identified studies ready for scale up, to bridge the gaps between research and practice. She was a psychiatric rehabilitation therapist in inner-city Baltimore for adults with severe depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
