I am a PMP-certified M&E professional with over 15 years of multi sectoral evaluation experience with the World Bank and African Development Bank (AfDB), the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and tyhe Climate Investment Funds (CIF), US government and DFID, and several UN agencies. I am an outcome-oriented evaluator who has conducted and managed over 20 evaluations across gender, civil society, agriculture, food security, climate change. I also have experience with monitoring, such as development of results frameworks and data quality assessments (DQAs).
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to enhance and test evaluation methodologies and determine their applicability in different contexts, for example feminist evaluation, Utilization-focused evaluation, and development evaluation. I have implemented and managed evaluations of multi-component programs, including synthesis and developing case studies as well as approach papers and proposals, employing a range of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and approaches on a fit-for-purpose basis. I have worked in Azerbaijan, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Niger, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Philippines, Russia, Rwanda, Salvador, Tanzania, Thailand and Ukraine.
