I am a junior at Vanderbilt University, majoring in medicine, health, & society and sociology. I consider myself a highly-motivated, cooperative, and hard-working student with a strong background in the natural sciences, debate and communication, and health policy research. I am a confident leader in a variety of endeavors with a strong record in community service and event planning. I am passionate about lifelong learning, environmental and cultural sustainability, and informed open-mindedness. After finishing my undergraduate career, I plan to pursue an MPH/JD dual degree or DPH program. My educational and career goals stem from my interest in the ways in which policymaking can reduce health disparities for vulnerable communities.
