During his career, Vladislav has extensive experience of working in multinational and multicultural corporate environment in mobile telecom industry, playing key managerial roles in various commercial and business development roles within the organizations and at the group level – Marketing, VAS, Product & Service Development and Management (B2C Segment – Prepaid & Postpaid), Marketing Strategy and Pricing, Customer Segmentation, Loyalty, Market Analysis & Research, Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance, People Coaching. Besides the numerous new products, services, campaigns, and projects, he was the commercial lead of the first in Moldova 4G/LTE services deployment project and supported the Mobile Number Portability implementation.
Most recently, he was leading the Mobile Financial Services initiative for Ncell Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal, taking it as the most exciting and challenging engagement. During this assignment he developed and designed the wallet based financial services ecosystem and the long term go-to-market strategy, collaborating with various players from financial private sector, governmental institutions and international organisations like UNCDF and GSMA.
