Wesley G.

United States

I am a driven college junior studying international relations at William & Mary and the University of St Andrews. I have had extensive practice in international affairs research and concise, policy-oriented writing. My past professional experiences have developed my financial and managerial skills. While my previous research centered on international development and political corruption, my current academic courseload considers human rights theory, Middle Eastern social ideologies, and Asian security issues. Looking forward, my motivations stem from a desire to improve social welfare, through both the public and private sectors. For me, nothing is as important as learning as much as I can and making some small difference for someone while I'm at it. I have great interest in pursuing careers in law, consultancy, and foreign affairs. I am impassioned by reading and writing, history and politics, philosophy and psychology, local planning and international development. Outside of work and study, I am a debater, chess player, and film buff. Feel free to reach out to me at
