The different positions held during the last fourteen years allowed me to capitalize different experiences including logistics and supply chain management.
I was in charge of World Food Programme (WFP) Kalemie logistics, one of Democratic Republic of Congo Cities in North Katanga and characterized by several emergencies operations such as different armed fighting group, population movements, refugees and displaced war and floods. In this difficult context, I focused all logistics and supply issues, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) implementation.
I was also, Head of Office back up and this allowed me to familiarize and skilled with all administrative and finance tasks, security procedures as I was security focal point and organizational strategies.
My Field Project Manager position reinforced my programme visions management, leadership and partnership capacities. I interacted with several donors and partners to mobilize more than 17,000,000$US for our project, contributed to project design, implementation and coordination.
Recently I was Head of WFP Batouri (Cameroon) office, essentially involved in Central African Refugees assistance operations and logistics issues and then Logistics Officer at WFP Maroua, Nigerians humanitarian operations to assist population victim of Boko Haram attacks and currently Head of Office in CAR, position which perfect my management skills.
To this are added my personal skills in terms of dynamism, ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks assigned, facilitated interpersonal communication in both French and English an international and multicultural environment, attendance and ability to work independently as a team
