Zohal Atif is an international development professional with demonstrated success in program management; financial and technical leadership on USAID and DFID funded projects. She has 6 plus years of experience in development and monitoring of budgets, leading research and grants writing, management of stakeholder relationships. Ms. Atif is certified trainer in Conflict Sensitive Education by the Inter‐Agency Network for Education in Emergencies, and holds an Ed.M. in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a native Farsi/Dari, Pashto speaker and has working proficiency in Urdu and Hindi.
