The objective of the project is to contribute to the restoration of sustainable food and nutrition security in Burundi.
To this end, the project will have the following components:
Component 1: Support for the Establishment of a System of Information on the Agricultural Sector
Component 2: Promotion of Value Chains for Greater Availability, Accessibility and Use of Foods Rich in Nutrients
The total budget for this project is €8 million to be funded by the European Union (EU).
