Position information A Permanent Full time vacancy exists within the Australian Red Cross NSW division for a Caseworker. This role is responsible for Case Management of at risk young women and their children.
Position requirements To secure this role you will need to demonstrate: * case management with experience in developing and monitoring case plans experience working with young people- particularly young women * experience working with clients with challenging behaviours and multiple issues * commitment to solution focused interventions * understanding of strengths based framework * ability to work within, and knowledge of Child Protection Legislation * tertiary Qualifications in Welfare, Health or related field.
The successful applicant must be available to work outside of normal working hours involving sleep over shifts.
