The Korean Government’s Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is seeking TWO(2) PROGRAM OFFICERS who will facilitate the implementation of its Official Development Assistance (ODA) program in the Philippines.
The PROGRAM OFFICER FOR HEALTHshall handle grant aid projects in the health sector, conduct research and analysis on project/sector-specific issues, and liaise with KOICA’s partner agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters Degree in Public Health or in a directly related discipline
Three (3) years professional work experience in government or in an international aid and development institution
Excellent written and verbal command of English
The PROGRAM OFFICER FOR ICTshall handle grant aid projects in the ICT sector, manage the IT infrastructure of the KOICA office, and assist in general office administration.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in ICT or in a directly related discipline
Two (2) years professional work experience, preferably in government or in an international aid and development institution
Knowledge in computer network administration and technical support
Excellent written and verbal command of English
