Internship Programby Transparency International Ukraine
The program is implemented in partnership with the Basel Institute on Governance with the support of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We will select the best applicants who will undergo the internship program at TI Ukraine.
We invite entry-level professionals, switchers, and recent graduates to join the internship program at TI Ukraine and the Basel Institute on Governance! This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the work of the public sector in the field of anti-corruption.
You will be able to hone your analytical skills, gain practical experience, and, upon successful completion of the internship, become part of the anti-corruption team.
A part-time internship at TIU
What awaits you?
What you can expect from a part-time internship at TIU:
- an 1 month of a volunteer internship
- 3 months of paid internship for the most motivated interns
- a hybrid internship format: online and in the office, part-time
- mentoring from professionals in their fields
- active involvement in creating communication, legal, and analytical projects aimed at specific changes in the country
- participation in social media content creation, copywriting, and design tasks
- working on solutions to complex anti-corruption cases
- full immersion in the work of one of the organization’s departments
- useful networking with representatives of the anti-corruption sector
- the potential opportunity to become a team member of Transparency International Ukraine
What do we expect of you?
- partial (4-6 courses completed) or full higher education
- interest in fighting corruption
- ability to learn quickly and adapt
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- fluency in Ukrainian and English at no lower than Upper-Intermediate level
- a keen sense of justice and zero tolerance for corruption

What awaits you?
What to expect from a full-time internship at the Basel Institute on Governance:
- 1 month of a volunteer internship
- 5 month of a paid internship
- a hybrid internship format — online and in the office, full time
- mentoring from international experts in anti-corruption
- practical experience in international projects
- participation in the preparation of analytics and research
- the opportunity to influence the formation of anti-corruption policy
- involvement in communication work and the organization of international events
- identification of corruption risks and formulation of recommendations for their minimization
- the potential opportunity to become a team member of the Basel Institute on Governance

- completed higher education
