Job Description
Summary:
Ernst & Young is looking for experts with experience in the following areas for a large project in Democratic Republic of Congo. We expect it to include the following specialist areas:
- PSD
- Business Environment
- Financial Sector Development
- Mining & extractives
We are looking for consultants in the following experience bands:
- Junior consultant: 2 – 5 years
- Consultant: 5 -10 years
- Managing consultant: 10 – 15 years
- Principal consultant: Over 15 years
Other requirements:
- Experience with Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approach and methodology, and its implementation;
- Project management experience, in-depth experience and demonstrated capability to effectively implement programmes for international donors;
- Experience in developing or conflict affected countries;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated attributes of team leadership and participatory management
- Demonstrated ability to transform analysis to actions;
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
Contracting period – 24 months
