DPK Consulting seeks senior court administration and court automation experts for short-term and long-term consulting assignments on anticipated USAID and other donor-funded rule of law projects around the world.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible court administration and management work, including experience as a court clerk or administrator for a medium to large court or multi-court system, preferably at the state level; and experience working on programs designed to improve court administration practices, including automation, enhancing judicial and court staff training, and strengthening the independence of the judiciary. • Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas: court administration; court automation; case flow management; delay reduction; case processing and records management; facilities management; court financing and budgeting; public outreach; human resources management; developing statistical reporting systems; IT system management and training. • Prior experience on USAID or other international donor-funded rule of law projects preferred. • A degree from an ABA-accredited law school or an advanced degree in court administration and management from an accredited college or university is a plus. • Regional specializations and associated language skills preferred.
