When it comes to development, stories of failure would make the headlines more than stories of success. This alludes to two big challenges for the aid community — how to reduce failures and how to tell the story of development better. Ritu Sharma, co-founder and president of Women Thrive Worldwide, explains the issue in an interview with Devex.
