Based in Manila, Lorenzo works with the Devex Director of Global Advisory and Analysis to produce comprehensive analyses of business trends in the development industry, with a focus on U.S. foreign assistance programming. He attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut on the Freeman Asian Scholarship, earning degrees in Government and Social Studies. Prior to returning to the Philippines in 2010, he interned for Common Cause, the U.S. Senate, and the Governor's Office in California.
