2 Component Managers, Democratic Governance Facility
The two managers have operational responsibility for the respective components and will supervise the component team. Main tasks include providing strategic and innovative advice in relation to the direction, design and implementation of the component; ensuring monitoring, liaison and coordination of the component interventions and activities with partners and other stakeholders. You have solid experience within the field of democratic governance, as well as experience from working with state and government institutions and civil society organisations, preferably in an Ugandan or East African context.
