Project: IT Pilot Project in the field of education
Description: IT Pilot Project for Kosovo will support on-going efforts by Ministry of Education, Science & Technology (MEST) in providing IT training and e-learning to teachers to improve their competence in school administration and the gathering of education data as well as make the first steps towards bringing e-learning into the class rooms. This project will support ICT learning activities and measures which are designed to encourage the application and use of ICT.
Available Key Expert positions (NOTE: only EC citizenship are applicable)
Key expert 1: eEducation Expert/Team leader: (minimum 400 working days)
Qualifications and skills: A Bachelors Degree but preferably a Masters in education or ICT.
General professional experience: Min 8 years but preferably 12 years of professional experience.
Specific professional experience: Experience in leading teams in the public or private sector in the field of eEducation in at least one but preferably three projects; Specific experience in establishing ICT in education and in the educational process gained in at least two but preferably three countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
Key Expert 2: Expert in e-Content Development for Education: (minimum 300 working days)
Qualifications and skills: A Bachelors Degree but preferably a Masters in ICT education.
General professional experience: Minimum 8 years but preferably 12 years of professional experience.
Specific professional experience: At least 3 years, but preferably 5 years of experience in the field of eContent development for education; Specific experience in development of eContent for education gained in at least two, but preferably three countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
