GRM Futures Group – Young Professionals Program

The Young Professionals Program (YPP) provides a structured fast-track development opportunity for talented young individuals looking to build a career with GRM Futures Group. Through a number of rotations across Practice Areas, Operations, HR, Commercial Management and potentially in-country projects, you will foster a deep understanding of the business, market and context in which GRM Futures works. The program is designed around experiential learning consisting of induction, blended learning, mentorship, group projects and rotations to give you an intensive experience across the organization.

Duration

You will undertake a managed program of 5 rotations over a minimum of twenty four (24) months giving you exposure to all the key departments of GRM Futures Group.

Minimum education and experience required

  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in a relevant field (International Development, Business Administration/Management) with exceptional academic achievement
  • Demonstrate aspiration to work in development management
  • Preferably have less than three years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors: Education; Health; Private Sector Development/Economic Growth; Governance & Accountability; Research, Monitoring & Evaluation; Impact Investment; Management Consulting; Private Sector Social Responsibility
  • Willingness to travel and relocate based on business requirements
  • Share and align with GRM Futures Group values
