The Solomon Islands Partnership Facility (SIPF) provides support to the bilateral aid program between the Governments of Australia and Solomon Islands, funded by the Australian aid program.
URS , on behalf of the Australian aid program, is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Adviser to provide overall technical guidance to the Australian aid program in Solomon Islands in support of the procurement reform process currently underway within the Solomon Islands Government (SIG). This position will play a key role in guiding and supporting the Ministry of Finance and Treasury to finalise relevant associated legislation, as well as the implementation of these reforms throughout the SIG system.
Critical to this role will be your extensive experience in the implementation and management of procurement processes and systems at a senior level, as well as leading and advising on procurement reforms preferably in a developing country context.

This position is classified as Discipline Group C, Level 4 as per the Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF). For further information on the ARF, please go to
